Fenugreek Oil for Hair

Used in a number of traditional remedies, fenugreek oil is derived from the seed of the fenugreek plant which is native to the Mediterranean region, western Europe, and southern Asia.

This oil is said to be packed with antioxidant, moisturizing, and anti-inflammatory properties that may hydrate your scalp and repair damaged locks. Fenugreek oil may also add shine to your hair and promote hair growth.

To use fenugreek oil on your hair, apply it as a hair mask. Saturate your locks with the oil and leave it on for up to two hours. Make sure to use a shower cap to stop the oil from dripping. When the time is up, rinse off the oil and wash your hair like normal.

Alternatively, try smoothing fenugreek oil onto dry hair to address frizziness and add extra shine.
